not want to come to Jesus, and they realize what an offense it is to God when they don’t. The difference is all in knowing Jesus. So we should look for opportunities to talk not about the controversial teachings of the Bible, but about Jesus. The apostle John said that Jesus is the Word made flesh (John 1:14); that He is “the true light, which enlightens everyone” (John 1:9); and that “In him was life, and the life was the light of men” (John 1:4). Such truths should always be the core of our witness.
